Dexketoprofen

Dexketoprofen is the pharmacologically active S(+)-enantiomer of ketoprofen, isolated to provide faster analgesic onset at a lower effective dose than the racemate. As a non-selective COX inhibitor, it is widely used for acute mild-to-moderate pain, including post-operative and musculoskeletal pain, typically formulated as the trometamol salt.
