Bilastine

Bilastine is a second-generation, non-sedating H1-receptor antagonist used to relieve symptoms of allergic rhinoconjunctivitis and chronic urticaria. Minimal CNS penetration gives it a favorable low-sedation profile compared with first-generation antihistamines, and it is typically dosed once daily.
