A cyanocyclobutyl-substituted fluorobenzamide intermediate central to Apalutamide synthesis, formed by coupling the cyanocyclobutylamine fragment to the fluorobenzamide core before cyclization with the pyridyl-isothiocyanate fragment to complete the API.
